Old or poorly sealed windows and doors can let heat escape and drafts enter. New units, installed square and sealed properly, can make the house quieter, warmer and more comfortable.
Installed by a finish carpenter
The unit is only half the job. The other half is the flashing, insulation around the frame and trim inside and out. Finish carpentry is where Leandro began working in construction.
Plan windows and siding together
If you are replacing siding, it may be practical to replace windows and doors at the same time. The exterior trim and flashing can then be planned as one system.
