It depends on the size of the job and the material you choose, so we come out, measure, and give you a written estimate for free. No pressure and no surprises later.
How long will the project take?
Timing depends on the scope, materials, permits and weather. We explain the expected schedule before work begins and keep you updated at every stage.
How do you make sure the work is done right?
Leandro started as a finish carpenter, and that standard goes into every job: straight lines, tight joints and clean trim. When we finish, we walk through the work with you.
Will you keep me informed during the project?
Yes. We answer the phone, arrive when agreed and tell you what is happening at each stage, from the estimate to the final walkthrough.
Which material is best for my house?
For siding we install vinyl, Everlast composite, James Hardie and Nichiha fiber cement, cedar, wood and shingles. Each one fits a different budget and look, and we walk you through the options during the estimate.
