From finish carpentry to a company built on referrals
Leandro Lima began working in construction in 2018 as a finish carpenter. He learned to focus on the details people notice: straight lines, clean trim and a finished space that feels complete.
He later founded PNZ Construction and built the company through work that clients were proud to recommend. A neighbor saw the siding. A friend saw the deck. Those referrals helped the company grow.
What we do today
Siding in vinyl, Everlast composite, James Hardie and Nichiha fiber cement, cedar, wood and shingles, plus siding repair. Decks and patios. Gutters. Windows and doors. We work for homeowners, stores and offices, condo associations, property managers and builders who bring us in as a subcontractor.
How we work
We answer the phone, arrive when agreed and keep you informed at every stage. The estimate is free and in writing. Before work begins, we explain the materials and the expected schedule. We take care of every detail, so the finished work is something you are proud to show. When the work is complete, we review it with you.
